Experienced Mental Health Providers Here for You

Experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Beyond a Prescription

The choice to treat your symptoms with or without medication belongs to you. We believe in providing you with supportive autonomy, equipping you to make informed decisions about your health. We provide you with thorough, evidence-based education about all your options- whether that is medication, therapy, complementary measures, or lifestyle interventions.

When you and your provider agree that medication is warranted, your provider will discuss your medication class, how it works, common side effects, duration of use needed to achieve benefit, potential interactions with your other medications, and risks associated with taking it or not taking it.

Philosophy of Care

There is only one you. You are a unique individual with a unique set of strengths, challenges, and experiences. You are NOT a diagnosis. Our approach is highly relational, believing the best outcomes occur in the context of a quality patient-provider relationship. We champion a holistic view of your diagnosis and symptoms within the context of your life. We consider not only the internal experience, but also the effect on function and relationships. Wellness is not an all or nothing state, rather it is a continuum ranging from severe illness and incapacitation to optimal performance and quality of life. It is a state of being, influenced by multiple facets of health: mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, and vocational.

Why Telehealth?

If anything good has come from the pandemic, it is increased access to healthcare via telehealth. This format provides services to those in remote and underserved geographic regions, minimizes interruptions to the work or school day, and allows patients to meet from the comfort and familiarity of their own home, office, or car (*not while driving.)

Our platform is HIPAA compliant and easy to use.

Healthy Leaders, Healthy Organizations

There’s a reason more heart attacks occur on Mondays than any other day. Anxiety and dread of another stressful, unfulfilling work week is a far too common experience. Professionals, business owners, and community leaders who prioritize their own mental health experience greater satisfaction and purpose in their roles, develop further empathy and perspective as leaders and are able to positively influence the effectiveness and health of their organization as a whole.

We provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to be “on.” A space to address the stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, and insomnia that often come with great responsibility. A space to breathe, be heard, gain perspective, develop solutions, and leave with hope.

Breaking the Cycle

Stigmatization continues to decrease as public awareness and support for mental wellness is becoming the norm. We meet individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and family dynamics which hold their own set of beliefs about mental health. These individuals, often now parents, may not have all the answers, but they know what hasn’t been working. Your past may include severe trauma, chaos, instability, and toxic relationships. Conversely, you may have grown up in what appeared to be a perfect family. You’ve learned though, that people pleasing, fear of failure, and keeping a smile on your face, never addressing the needs below the surface has created equally unhealthy patterns in thinking and behavior. People like you are daily making the decision to seek help and model a healthier approach to mental wellness, bettering their own lives and the lives of their loved ones. We can help.

What Will Be Your Legacy?

There’s a reason more heart attacks occur on Mondays than any other day. Anxiety and dread of another stressful, unfulfilling work week is a far too common experience. Professionals, business owners, and community leaders who prioritize their own mental health experience greater satisfaction and purpose in their roles, subsequently increasing the effectiveness and health of their organization as a whole.

Hi, I’m Becca.

I became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and I have enjoyed these years supporting individuals and families, providing patient centered care. Prior to becoming an NP, I worked in a variety of settings as a registered nurse.

I absolutely love meeting new people. I work well with individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. I want to hear your story and gain an understanding of where you’ve been, what challenges you’re facing right now, and where you want to go. I provide a friendly, non-judgmental space while partnering with you to achieve your goals. I am here to help with medication consultations, medication management, psychiatric assessments, and referrals as needed. I will work with you to find the most effective medications for your unique needs.

There is always hope.

I will respect you and never push, but if you ask, I would be more than happy to make time outside of your appointment to share the reason for my hope.

You matter and I look forward to serving you.
